Delivery Costs

Free Delivery:

  • Free standard delivery on orders of £80 and above across Mainland England and Wales.

Standard Delivery:

  • Orders under £80 are charged £6.95 for standard delivery.

Delivery Exclusions:

  • Currently, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and any offshore islands.

Delivery Times

Next Day Delivery:

  • Next day delivery via DPD and FedEx for orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (next business day delivery).

Standard Delivery:

  • Our standard delivery is effectively next day delivery, operating Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding UK Bank Holidays and weekends.

Tracking:

  • You will receive an email and/or text message with your delivery date and estimated time slot once your order is ready for dispatch. Real-time order tracking is available via a provided link.

Delivery Method

Delivery Partners:

  • We use DPD and FedEx to ensure timely and undamaged deliveries.

Re-delivery Fee:

  • If no one is available to take delivery as pre-arranged, a re-delivery fee of £7.99 will apply.

Important Information

Batch Numbers:

  • Our products are manufactured in batches, which may result in slight variations in colour or shade. Please order sufficient quantities to complete your installation. For exact matches, note the batch numbers on your packaging.

Weather Exposure:

  • PVC panels must be protected from UV light. Store and cut panels indoors to avoid thermal distortion and discolouration.

Hiring Tradespeople:

  • Do not book fitters or tradespeople until you have received and checked your delivery. We are not responsible for third-party costs due to non-delivery or order issues.

Delivery Delays

Timeframe:

  • While we strive to deliver within the quoted timeframes, external factors may cause delays. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise inconvenience.

Extended Delays:

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the order date, you may request a refund or replacement in accordance with Distance Selling Laws.
