Refunds & Returns Policy

At SELLING DREAM LIMITED, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your product under the following conditions:

1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all security seals intact.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the return postage costs.
  • If you cannot arrange the return yourself, we offer a collection service for a fee:
    • £15 for standard postcodes
    • £25 for specific postcodes (AB, PH, PA)

Processing:

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

2. Damages & Defects

Reporting Damages:

  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Email office@sd.co.uk with your order number, quantity of damaged items, and images for assessment.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Accepted Damages:

  • Damages caused before or during delivery (if arranged by SELLING DREAM LIMITED)
  • Damages caused during handling by us
  • Manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase

Non-Accepted Damages:

  • Customer mishandling
  • Damages during fitting
  • Miscuts or mismeasures
  • Improper cleaning or storage
  • Physical damage not caused during shipping
