Batch Differences:

• There may be colour and pattern variations between batches. Please request samples to ensure satisfaction before ordering.

Pattern Repeats:

• Some products may not have a seamless pattern repeat. Ensure you have enough panels from the same batch for your project.

4. Delivery

Timescales:

• We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
• If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you may request a refund or replacement.

Failed Deliveries:

• If a delivery fails and is not rescheduled, we will refund your order minus a £19.95 carriage fee.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility:

• You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damages:

• Report any damages or defects within 24 hours of receipt. We will assess and arrange a refund or replacement if approved.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Checking Orders:

• Ensure you receive and check your order before arranging any installation.
• We are not responsible for third-party costs incurred due to order issues.

7. Payment and Fees

• Prices include VAT.
• Payment must be made at the time of order via credit or debit card.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
